Inspiro integrates Microsoft Azure for Philippine BPO

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Business process outsourcing firm Inspiro Relia, Inc. (Inspiro) announced that it has integrated Microsoft Azure — Microsoft Corporation’s (Microsoft) cloud computing platform — into its digital systems. It marks a significant step in the collaboration between the two companies.

Inspiro president and chief executive officer Yuji Hamamoto expressed optimism amid the system update, highlighting how it can help the firm continue charting a growth trajectory.

“Together with Microsoft, we are proud to announce the successful update on our digital transformation program,” Yuji Hamamoto said. “By integrating Microsoft Azure, we can now access data-driven insights that empower us to make informed decisions and drive overall growth.”

Inspiro said that it has migrated 40% of its targeted applications to the Azure cloud. It has more plans to transfer by the first quarter of 2024. Through the Azure systems, Inspiro gains access to scalable data storage without additional servers.

Azure, initially released in 2010, offers access, management, and the development of applications and services through global data centers.

Inspiro and Microsoft reiterated the four key areas they aim to focus on in their partnership: improving handling time and speed to market, strengthening competitive positioning, boosting revenue, and enhancing employee productivity and engagement.

The two firms sealed a pact in the Philippines in 2022. Since then, Microsoft has been aiding Inspiro in its three-year digital transformation program, giving the BPO firm access to a suite of digital services, including robotics process automation, data warehouse modernization, app modernization, and security. Inspiro has been operating in the Philippines for two decades, with centers in Luzon and Visayas, two of the three major islands in the archipelagic country. It has over 12,000 employees, delivering beneficial customer experience solutions to global brands.
