Job Mobz acquires Golden Hive
SAN FRANCISCO, UNITED STATES – Staffing company Job Mobz has acquired Golden Hive, the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) arm of recruiting firm Human Bees, in an effort to meet the workforce demands across the globe.
Job Mobz‘s tech-powered systems, coupled with Golden Hive’s RPO expertise, is expected to enhance the former’s recruiting services across industries. Through the deal, Golden Hive president Kelly Gutilla will join Job Mobz as president of the Golden Hive division.
“Their addition to our team is a strategic step towards enhancing our global footprint and continuing our success story in providing top-tier RPO services. It’s an exciting time for the future of both companies,” said Job Mobz founder and chief executive officer Jesse Tinsley.
Meanwhile, with Golden Hive out of their plate, the Sacramento-based Human Bees will devote their resources to PulsedIn, a social network for the nurses.
In May, Job Mobz acquired recruiting agency Flawless Recruit, effectively expanding its services.
Three months later, Job Mobz announced its plan to buy Recruiter.com Group, Inc., including its domain name Recruiter.com. The agreement details include $1.5 million in cash at closing, quarterly profit sharing expected to begin in Q1 2024, and a 3-year services agreement.
