Resource Pro expands insurance tech services with Helix purchase
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Insurance-focused business solutions company Resource Pro has acquired insurance tech firm Helix Agency Services LLC (Helix).
Resource Pro Chief Executive Officer Dan Epstein welcomed the company’s new acquisition, noting that it would help clients maximize their management systems.
“Adding Helix expertise to our service offerings will enable our clients to realize greater return on investment from both their staff and their technology investments,” Epstein said.
Helix specializes in system administration, data reporting and conversion, automation, and carrier password management.
The Texas-based firm offers its services to insurance agencies and brokers in the property and casualty marketplace which are looking to improve its business operations and enhance the insured customer experience.
Meanwhile, Resource Pro offers advisory services, business process management optimization, and tech solutions to insurance firms.
The New York-based firm has 8,000 employees worldwide, serving over 1,000 clients across the carrier, broker, and managing general agent (MGA) segments.
In November 2023, Resource Pro appointed B2B marketing veteran Beth Taylor as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Marketing.
