Japan’s DIP Corp. sees 9.6% revenue increase in 2023

TOKYO, JAPAN — Japanese staffing and job search firm DIP Corporation reported a 9.6% year-over-year increase in revenue to 40.25 billion yen (US$276.8 million) for the nine months ended November 30, 2023.
Growth was driven by DIP Corp.’s core personnel recruiting services division, which saw a steady 7.9% revenue growth. The company’s digital transformation business also contributed significantly, with 25.8% revenue growth.
For the fiscal year ending February 2024, DIP Corp. expects full-year revenue of 53.2 billion yen (US$365.9 million).
DIP Corp.’s share price closed at 3,235 yen on January 11, recovering 12.91% from its 52-week low of 2,865 yen last October. The company currently has a market capitalization of 192.45 billion yen (USD 1.32 billion).
While economic uncertainty persists, Dip Corp.’s focus on technology and innovation positions it well to expand its market share in the staffing sector.
