Qualfon expands language offerings with VOXDATA purchase

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Call center company Qualfon Group (Qualfon) has acquired outsourced customer contact solutions provider VOXDATA Solutions, Inc. (VOXDATA).
The acquisition expands Qualfon’s global footprint. The Michigan-based firm will now expand its services to include Canadian on-site and remote French-language capabilities, as well as opening more job opportunities in the region.
Qualfon has approximately 15,000 employees worldwide, with centers in the U.S, the Philippines, Guyana, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and India.
VOXDATA is headquartered in the French-speaking region of Quebec, Canada, and has over 28 years of experience. It is a multilingual contact center that offers a suite of services to various firms across North America, including customer service, technical support, and marketing support.

Investment advisory firm Brown Gibbons Lang & Company’s (BGL) professional services banking arm served as the exclusive financial advisor to the deal.
BGL, which has investment banking operations in Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles, and New York, advises private and public corporations and private equity groups.
