Emerson Group acquires The Job Exchange, expands talent pool

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Staffing firm Emerson Group has enhanced its service offerings with its acquisition of recruiting company The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. (The Job Exchange).
With The Job Exchange under its wing, the Emerson Group claims its clients will now have access to a talent pool of over one million candidates. The pact also aims to meet the surging and varied demand for staffing services in the greater Philadelphia and southern New Jersey markets.

Lori Colasanti, Founder and President of the Job Exchange, will remain in her role driving the firm’s sales, operations, and business development. The Job Exchange Vice President of Client Services Renee Stipa and Vice President of Recruitment Services Jami Rossman will also continue in their respective positions.
Founded in 1971, Emerson Group is based in Morristown, New Jersey, and offers staffing solutions to various industries. It specializes in administrative/office support, human resources, business development, information technology, and finance/accounting.
Meanwhile, the Job Exchange is based in Limerick, Pennsylvania, and specializes in accounting, administrative support, customer support, and human resources. It has clients from various industries, including insurance, consumer products, manufacturing, finance, construction, healthcare, transportation, and banking in the suburban Philadelphia region.
