Step Change Outsourcing to provide call center support for DAZN

STEVENAGE, ENGLAND — Customer contact center Step Change Outsourcing (SCO) has signed a deal with sports streaming platform DAZN to provide customer retention services for DAZN’s subscribers in the United Kingdom.
Through SCO’s services, the deal will help DAZN fortify its foothold in the United Kingdom. DAZN broadcasts boxing, Saudi Pro League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, extreme sports, and many more to over 200 countries worldwide.

SCO is based in Stevenage, Herefordshire, UK. Its services include inbound and outbound sales, inbound customer service, web chat, appointment bookings, and lead generation. It was founded in 2009.
The growing contact center company has partnered with some of the UK’s largest brands for over 14 years. The partnership marks an important milestone for SCO as they expand into the sports streaming sector.
