Outsourcing firms lead in FlexJobs’ 2024 remote work companies watchlist

COLORADO, UNITED STATES — Several major outsourcing companies offering extensive remote work options made FlexJobs’ annual Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs list this year. 

These firms continue meeting the high demand for outsourced services and capabilities.

Outsourcing firm Working Solutions earned the #1 overall spot this year based on its wide range of customer service and remote consulting roles. 

Working Solutions Chief Executive & Founder Kim Houlne said, “The pandemic piqued demand for remote workers. For us, though, it’s nothing new. Done it now for almost 30 years. We thrive virtually.”

Other outsourcing firms in top spots included Modsquad (#7), Sutherland (#11), Kelly Services (#13), Randstad (#16), and TELUS International (#21).

These companies provide clients with outsourced solutions for areas like customer support, IT services, HR functions, payroll, and other business processes. Remote hiring enables access to talent globally.

Commenting on their commitment to offer remote work roles, Mosdquad Chief Operating Officer Mike Pinkerton said, “As a customer experience services company started by remote workers, it never occurred to us to limit our talent searchers to a particular geographic area so we can congregate in the same building.”
