Outsourcing Inc. announces executive changes

TOKYO, JAPAN — Staffing firm Outsourcing Inc. has announced management changes after the Board of Directors meeting held on February 27, 2024.
The formal changes will take effect after the 27th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 29, 2024.
Representative Executive Officer, Chairman, and Chief Executive Haruhiko Doi will become Outsourcing Inc.’s Honorary Chairman. Doi will resign from office upon the expiration of his 27th term.
Satoshi Miyajima will transition to the company’s Representative Executive Officer. He is currently the Operating Officer.
The company reported an 8.6% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its 2023 full-year revenue, reaching a record JPY749.60 billion (US$4.99 billion) on the back of robust demand in the engineering sector and a rebound in transportation equipment production.
Outsourcing Inc. specializes in providing outsourcing and temporary staffing services across various industries, including electronics and automotive.
The company has expanded its international presence through strategic acquisitions but has faced obstacles due to accounting irregularities.
Last December, the firm announced its transition to a private entity following a JPY221 billion (US$1.47 billion) management buyout led by Bain Capital Private Equity.
