Grant Thornton expands UK business services with senior hires
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Outsourcing firm Grant Thornton has appointed Varun Dewan and Erica King to its Business Process Solutions arm.
Dewan, who joins the firm as Partner, holds over 20 years of experience in advising clients on managed services. He has also held roles in implementing outsource solutions within the UK and Indian markets.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Dewan held executive roles at consulting firm Protiviti in its UK and India headquarters.
“Grant Thornton has strong relationships within the mid-market space and I know that many finance teams are looking to explore innovative outsourcing solutions as they face continued cost pressures, and our offering is designed to support with this full process,” said Dewan.
Meanwhile, King will join Grant Thornton as Director. She holds over 20 years of experience in the business process outsourcing sector, having led implementation projects for mid-sized businesses.
“Grant Thornton also has a leading reputation in the market and the opportunity to build on the firm’s Business Process Solutions offering is really exciting,” King said.
Dewan and King will spearhead Grant Thornton’s Business Process Solutions team in the UK. The tandem will implement onshore and offshore outsourcing solutions to its broad client base.
