Genpact signs five-year pact with Tropicana

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing firm Genpact has signed a five-year collaboration deal with beverage company Tropicana Brands Group (Tropicana).
Under the agreement, Genpact will automate a wide range of essential finance and accounting services.
This covers master data, accounts payable, expense management, order to cash, general accounting, reporting, customer supply chain, procurement operations, and more.
Both firms will implement the latest generative artificial intelligence technologies to automate and streamline daily operations.

In January, Genpact signed a multiyear deal with marketing and tech firm Advantage Solutions to accelerate the development of the consumer goods segment.
