Ubiquity acquires Aigent to enhance agent platform

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing firm Ubiquity has acquired software firm Aigent, to boost its agent platform.
Aigent’s artificial intelligence (AI) technology will be integrated into Ubiquity’s five TechSuites, which are designed to address distinct aspects of operational efficiency and customer service: inReach, inTouch, inScribe, inCharge, and inSight.

Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Aigent is a live voice AI software firm for contact centers. Its features include real-time coaching, risk protection, call transcription, and analytics to aid agents through on-screen prompts that help resolve customer queries. Aigent caters to clients in fintech and banking, healthcare and healthtech, as well as insurtech industries.
Meanwhile Ubiquity offers a comprehensive suite of services in customer experience, risk & compliance, digital innovation, and back-office operations. It serves over 350 clients in financial services, healthcare, insurance, and retail/e-commerce.
