PLG acquires Morocco’s Health Care Solutions
PARIS, FRANCE — Consulting and outsourcing company ProductLife Group (PLG) recently acquired consulting services firm Health Care Solutions (HCS).
With HCS’s market presence in the Middle East and Africa, PLG will boost its ability to support client regulatory and compliance.
“PLG’s global presence and expertise, combined with HCS’s regional knowledge and capabilities, will enable us to deliver enhanced services and solutions to our clients… This is an exciting new chapter in our journey,” said Xavier Duburcq, CEO of PLG.
The acquisition of HCS follows PLG’s purchase of pharmacovigilance company AXPharma in 2020 amid surging demand for life sciences companies to monitor the effects of medical drugs.

Founded in 2016 in Morocco, HCS specializes in regulatory affairs, quality, and industrialization consulting. The firm also offers operation support, audit, and training services. It serves over 30 clients across Africa.
