ResultsCX expands Irish operations, adds 200 fintech roles

DUBLIN, IRELAND — Customer experience management provider ResultsCX has added 20 fintech sales roles in its Irish operations to meet the growing demand in the segment.
“Over the past six months, we’ve observed remarkable growth within our Irish division located in Cork. Moving forward, our aim is to double our workforce by the summer of 2024,” said Siddharth Parashar, Managing Director, UK & Europe of ResultsCX.
The fintech industry in Ireland has been experiencing remarkable growth over the past few years. According to Chloé Wade of Financial Services UK, IDA Ireland, the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union triggered UK-based firms to relocate to Ireland.
The country’s skilled workforce, up-to-date tech systems, and government support have made it an ideal destination for fintech firms to bolster their growth.
ResultsCX cites its two recent acquisitions as the driving force behind this surge in demand. In August 2023, it acquired Zevas Communications, an Irish customer experience management firm that serves the finance industry.
Its most recent acquisition is customer solutions company Huntswood, which also serves the banking, financial services, insurance, and utilities industries.
ResultsCX currently employs over 28,000 people in more than 30 locations worldwide, including 10,000 home office agents.
