DMGgo, Bright Flag Recruiting merge into one BPO

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Recruitment company DMGgo and staffing firm Bright Flag Recruiting have merged to help Amazon and FedEx contractors.
The merger, effective April 1, 2024, will combine the two firms’ expertise to propel the logistics and transportation industry further as one business process outsourcing (BPO) unit.
The new company, which claims to be the largest U.S.-based BPO for Amazon and FedEx contractors, will continue to operate both brands with an expanded suite of services.
DMGgo supports digital service providers and integrated logistics providers across the U.S. with various services, including applicant management, engagement, candidate follow-ups, and Indeed analytics review, among others.

Meanwhile, Bright Flag Recruiting offers a suite of services to logistics firms. These include full-service recruiting, last-mile and over-the-road driver staffing, Work Opportunity Tax Credit support, and more.
“We are excited to join forces with Bright Flag Recruiting to create the premier destination for logistics contractors in need of HR, Finance, and Operations support,” said Jeff Corte, CEO of DMGgo.
“By merging with DMGgo, we can now offer an even more comprehensive suite of services to support the needs of logistics contractors at every stage of their journey,” said Toni Tovi, Founder and President of Bright Flag Recruiting.
