West Monroe promotes 7 to managing directors
ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES — Business and technology consulting firm West Monro has announced the promotion of seven individuals to the position of managing director.

The newly appointed managing directors are Nate Buniva, Adam Drake, Kate Festle, Carolyn Gusick, Nick Kennedy, Jeff Pehler, and Jonathan Ross.
They bring a wealth of expertise across various practice areas, including operations excellence, mergers and acquisitions, product engineering, consumer and industrial products, and strategic transformations.
Nate Buniva, part of the operations excellence practice, specializes in global strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier and supply chain management, cost optimization, and contingent labor challenges.
Adam Drake, from the mergers and acquisitions practice, partners with private equity firms to accelerate growth, mitigate risk, and improve efficiency at portfolio companies.
Kate Festle, also in mergers and acquisitions, advises private equity and strategic buyers in the healthcare sector on pre-acquisition due diligence, post-merger integration, and value creation.
Carolyn Gusick, from the product experience and engineering lab, focuses on delivering digital solutions for utility sector clients.
Nick Kennedy, from the operations excellence division, aids organizations in realizing anticipated benefits and managing change for their most important strategic transformations.
Jeff Pehler, from the consumer and industrial products practice, harnesses a data-driven approach to helping manufacturing and retail clients achieve success in their growth initiatives.
Jonathan Ross, from the mergers and acquisitions practice, collaborates with private equity firms and strategic buyers to plan and execute global transactions.
