YASH Technologies, Baheya Foundation team up for Egypt cancer care
CAIRO, EGYPT—Technology integrator and outsourcing company YASH Technologies has partnered with the Baheya Foundation to support the latter’s cancer care initiatives in Egypt.
Harnessing its digital expertise, YASH Technologies will accelerate Baheya Foundation’s tech transformation. The collaboration aims to achieve a paperless operation through YASH’s Health Information System (HIS) framework built on the latest SAP S/4HANA platform.
Gilan Felfela, Board Member of Baheya Foundation, believes the digital transformation will ultimately help the non-profit improve the patient experience and boost day-to-day operations.
“We are confident that this critical deployment will play a crucial role in furthering our mission to achieve early detection and effective treatment for breast cancer,” Felfela pointed out.
“Our advanced HIS framework reflects our commitment to empowering our clients with the next generation of healthcare technologies, enabling them to drive comprehensive business transformation and deliver exceptional patient experiences,” added James Griffin, Managing Director at YASH Technologies Middle East.
Founded in 1996, YASH Technologies was initially an information technology consulting firm for the agriculture and manufacturing segments. It eventually expanded its service offerings and now employs over 43,000 globally, with over 43 campuses across six continents.
Meanwhile, the Baheya Foundation treats women with breast cancer free of charge, starting from early detection and passing through all stages of treatment. Since its establishment in 2015, Baheya Foundation has accommodated 130,000 women between early examination, diagnosis, and tumor detection.
