CrowdStrike, HCLTech partner to boost enterprise cybersecurity

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Cybersecurity company CrowdStrike and IT firm HCLTech have announced a strategic global partnership to boost enterprise cybersecurity transformation.
Under the agreement, HCLTech’s managed detection and response (MDR) services will be standardized on CrowdStrike’s artificial intelligence (AI)-native Falcon XDR platform.
The partnership aims to empower HCLTech to deliver the full breadth of the Falcon platform, assisting businesses in cybersecurity transformation across devices, identities, cloud, data, and next-gen SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
Additionally, the collaboration seeks to provide organizations with the speed and expertise needed to stop breaches, leveraging CrowdStrike’s AI-driven platform and HCLTech’s managed services capabilities.
This move comes as cyberattacks continue to escalate in sophistication, as highlighted in the CrowdStrike 2024 Global Threat Report.
“Delivering a Dynamic Cybersecurity Posture is core to our solutions and engagements, and the partnership with CrowdStrike will further strengthen our commitment to accelerate this journey for our customers,” said Amit Jain, executive vice president and global head of cybersecurity at HCLTech.
Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike, stated, “Our partnership with HCLTech extends the reach of the Falcon platform to new customers and markets, expediting spend consolidation and improving operational efficiencies.”
HCLTech employs 224,000 people across 60 countries. It delivers industry-leading capabilities centered around digital, engineering, cloud, AI and software, powered by a broad portfolio of technology services and products.
For the fourth quarter of CrowdStrike’s fiscal 2024 ended Jan. 31, and the company reported revenue grew 33% from the prior year, reaching $845.3 million.
For the full fiscal year, CrowdStrike reported total revenue of $3.06 billion, a 36% increase year-on-year.
