BPO firms excel at the 2024 Stevie Awards

LAS VEGAS, UNITED STATES — The 2024 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, held in Las Vegas, showcased the exceptional achievements of business process outsourcing (BPO) firms across various categories.
These awards, determined by the average scores of more than 200 professionals worldwide, highlight the industry’s commitment to excellence in customer relations and innovation in service delivery.
Grand Stevie Award winners
Ten companies were awarded the Grand Stevie Award, which was based on a point system for all of their Stevie wins. Each Gold Stevie win counts for three points, each Silver Stevie win for two points, and each Bronze Stevie win for one-and-a-half points.
Seven of the ten grand winners are BPO firms from around the world, including:
- DP DHL, who secured the highest honor with a total of 13 Gold, 18 Silver, and 14 Bronze Stevie Awards, culminating in 89 points.
- IBM Corporation with 64 points
- Support Services Group with 49 points
- Allianz Services Pvt Ltd with 39 points
- Sales Partnerships, Inc. with 38.5 points. Its Vice President of Operations at Sales Partnerships, Orion Wiseman, also won the Gold Stevie for Sales Representative of the Year – All Other Industries.
- VIZIO Inc. with 22 points
- Purpol Marketing Limited with 19 points
Commenting on their achievement, an Allianz Services representative expressed gratitude, stating, “We have flown over 20 hours from India, so this definitely means something. I would like to thank everybody, all the colleagues in India who are watching this as well. So thank you so much for all your efforts, this one’s for you.”
Other notable BPO achievements
Several BPO firms were also recognized in other categories. One such firm is customer care solutions provider Blue Ocean, which received a Silver Stevie Award in the Contact Center Outsourcing Provider of the Year category.
This recognition reflects their strategic approach to customer care, emphasizing the importance of partnership and integrity in their operations.
ACT (Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC) was recognized with a Silver Stevie Award in the same category. Their commitment to integrating employee experience with customer satisfaction has set them apart as a leader in creating valuable client relationships
Meanwhile, Sales Focus Inc. (SFI) won a Bronze Stevie Award in the Sales Outsourcing Provider of the Year category due to its “innovative approach” to sales outsourcing.
At the same time, Innovature BPO, representing Vietnam, marked a significant achievement by winning the Stevie Awards, highlighting the firm’s role as the first integrated outsourcing company from Vietnam to gain such global recognition.
This award underscores their contribution to enhancing global customer service standards and bridging skill gaps in the industry
