For 15 years, Glassdoor has analyzed millions of reviews to create the Best Places to Work list. This year, they enhanced their research using a proprietary algorithm and Review Intelligence to evaluate leadership teams based on what matters most to workers.
The Best-Led Companies list honors employers with top-rated leadership, determined by CEO approval ratings, senior management ratings, and leadership sentiment.
