NICE secures record $100Mn CXone deal in APAC region

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — AI-powered customer experience software provider NICE has announced its largest ever CXone deal in the Asia-Pacific region.
The contract with an unnamed organization, valued at over $100 million, marks a significant milestone for the company and underscores its global leadership in cloud-native customer experience platforms.
Displacing legacy systems for CX transformation
The eight-digit annual contract value (ACV) deal will see NICE’s CXone platform replace multiple long-standing legacy incumbents. This transition aims to modernize and elevate the customer’s service practices in the era of CX AI, providing a unified platform that covers all customer touchpoints.
Darren Rushworth, President of NICE International, commented on the historic deal: “We are proud to be trusted as the global vendor of choice to deliver exceptional experiences.”
“This historic deal is representative of the enterprise cloud inflection point we are currently witnessing. AI is intensifying cloud adoption as enterprises realize that to effectively implement CX AI, they must consolidate operations onto a single, interaction-centric platform. This is driving unprecedented adoption of CXone.”
Introducing AI-powered Enlighten Solutions
CXone’s comprehensive suite will enable seamless customer and employee interactions across digital and voice channels. This transition is aligned with the growing enterprise demand for integrated, AI-driven customer experience solutions, a sector where NICE has established substantial domain expertise and leadership.
In addition to implementing the CXone platform, NICE will also introduce Enlighten—a set of solutions including Enlighten Copilot, Autopilot, and Actions. These enhancements will bring GenAI-powered virtual assistants and advanced reporting capabilities, aiming to transform the organization’s customer service approach.
NICE has a significant global presence, serving over 25,000 organizations in more than 150 countries. The company’s recent financial performance reflects its strong market position, with a 15% year-over-year revenue growth in the last quarter.
“This is now further driving our market leadership with the ultimate trifecta: highest industry cloud win rate, trailblazing the digital market through convergence and fully leveraging the tremendous CX AI opportunity,” said NICE CEO Barak Eilam.
