CTG rebrands IT staffing arm as Talent Solutions
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Following its acquisition by Belgium-based Cegeka Group, CTG has rebranded and relaunched its IT staffing business as CTG Talent Solutions.
The announcement marks a significant step for the Buffalo, New York-based digital IT solutions provider as it seeks to capitalize on its expanded global footprint and enhanced capabilities.
CTG Talent Solutions will offer a variety of staffing options tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses, ranging from high-volume staffing for major projects to targeted staff augmentation for filling specific skill gaps.
The services extend to recruiting process outsourcing and managed staffing services, designed to enhance hiring efficiency, accelerate access to cutting-edge expertise, and increase transparency in managing contingent workforces.
Adapting to changing work dynamics

The move comes at a time when the U.S. IT staffing market is facing challenges, with SIA estimates projecting a 3% contraction in 2024 following a 10% decline in 2023.
