Tata Communications appoints Bhaskar Gorti as cloud & cybersecurity chief

MUMBAI, INDIA — Technology firm Tata Communications has announced the appointment of Bhaskar Gorti as Executive Vice President of Cloud & Cybersecurity Services, effective July 2024.
Gorti joins the Global Management Committee to lead the company’s initiatives in digitalization and automation.
The appointment aims to strengthen the company’s position in the digital landscape and further its transformative digital fabric vision.
Industry veteran to lead Tata Communications’ digital transformation
Gorti, who holds a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, brings nearly three decades of experience to his new role. His expertise spans multiple functions, industries, technologies, and regions, with a focus on customer-centricity, digitalization, and automation.
