SGF Global expands in Latin America with Adecco Uruguay acquisition
MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY — Global human resources and staffing solutions provider SGF Global has announced its acquisition of Adecco Uruguay’s offices and operations, effective September 1st, 2024.
The merger strengthens SGF Global’s position in Latin America and marks a significant expansion in the Uruguayan market.
Expanding service offerings and client portfolio
With this acquisition, SGF Global gains complete control of Adecco Uruguay operations, incorporating a new portfolio of high-value clients and a team of skilled professionals.
The company will introduce previously unavailable services such as nearshoring and employer of record (EOR), alongside Adecco’s existing offerings like project management, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and corporate training.
