Outsourcing firms recognized in Financial Times’ Best Employers Asia-Pacific 2025

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Outsourcing companies have made a significant impact in the Financial Times’ inaugural Best Employers Asia-Pacific 2025 ranking, with several firms recognized for their commitment to employee satisfaction, workplace conditions, and career development.
Survey methodology: Over 50,000 employees evaluated
The Best Employers Asia-Pacific ranking, conducted by the Financial Times and Statista, surveyed more than 50,000 employees across 14 countries between May and July 2024.
The survey included both direct evaluations—where employees rated their employers—and indirect recommendations of other companies within their industry. Over 300,000 evaluations were collected to assess key factors such as working conditions, salary satisfaction, career growth opportunities, and company reputation.
To be eligible for the list, companies needed at least 1,000 employees and operations in at least two countries within the Asia-Pacific region. Notably, companies did not need to be headquartered in the region to qualify.
