Concentrix strengthens Philippine operations with BlinkCX acquisition

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Concentrix Corporation, a technology solutions and services provider, has officially announced its acquisition of BlinkCX, a customer experience (CX) consulting firm based in the Philippines.
While specific terms of the deal were not announced, the merger solidifies Concentrix’s leadership in the industry and expands its operational team and client base within the country.
