Taza Systems joins RhinoWare IT in strategic tech acquisition

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Taza Systems, a player in asset management software, has been acquired by RhinoWare IT, a provider of property technology solutions.
While specific financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the merger strengthens RhinoWare IT’s position in the real estate enterprise software market.
Strategic integration and impact
The acquisition combines Taza Systems’ specialized asset management platform with RhinoWare’s existing protech ecosystem. Taza Systems, known for its innovative workflow solutions in REO, fix and flip, and property rental management, brings valuable expertise to RhinoWare’s expanding portfolio.

Leadership transition
The combined entity will operate under the leadership of Jared Walsh, COO of Rhino Asset Intelligence. The integration process is already underway, with 2025 marked as a year for operational expansion.
