eTeam expands global reach with Sirius Solutions buy

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — eTeam, Inc., a New Jersey-based global workforce solutions company, has acquired Houston-headquartered Sirius Solutions, a provider of financial advisory, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
The deal combines eTeam’s $665.4 million annual revenue operation with Sirius Solutions’ $66.1 million business.

eTeam, founded in 1999, has built a workforce of 3,278 employees and established itself as a provider of high-volume staffing and workforce management services. The acquisition strengthens eTeam’s presence across more than 150 countries, enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive global workforce solutions.
