ResultsCX acquires Aucera, expands capabilities in U.S. market

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — ResultsCX, renowned for its customer experience management (CXM) services, announced the acquisition of Aucera, previously known as DialAmerica.
While specific terms of the deal were not announced, the merger enhances ResultsCX’s capabilities in the healthcare, banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), and utilities sectors across the United States.

Enhancing capabilities and culture
With this acquisition, ResultsCX will integrate Aucera’s extensive six-decade expertise in the U.S. market, focusing on customer experience, growth services, and member acquisition.
Over 1,200 of Aucera’s skilled employees will be added to the global ResultsCX team.

Building a global CXM powerhouse
Aucera is the latest addition to the ResultsCX family, following the acquisitions of United Kingdom-based Huntswood in 2024, Ireland-based Zevas Communications in 2023, and Bulgaria-based 60K in 2022.
Over the past three years, ResultsCX has committed over $200 million to its expansion, growing to a workforce of over 24,000 across nine countries and serving more than 130 clients globally.
