Concentrix boosts Samsung’s B2B support with new Johannesburg center

JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA — Samsung Electronics South Africa has collaborated with Concentrix, a world leader in technology-driven solutions, to open an advanced Business-to-Business (B2B) customer center in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
This collaboration aims to strengthen Samsung’s relationships with resellers across the region by providing them with direct access to a wide range of innovative products and solutions.
Strengthening B2B services in South Africa
The new customer center, which began operations on February 1, 2025, is designed to serve the top 300 ICT suppliers and 100 independent retail companies. It offers a diverse portfolio of products, including home appliances, televisions, and monitors.

Concentrix, a technology solutions provider, will manage the center’s operations. Its involvement in managing the Johannesburg center highlights its capability to deliver technology-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
