Baker Tilly acquires Invoke to enhance tax services
TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Advisory, tax, and assurance firm Baker Tilly has announced its acquisition of Dallas-based Invoke Tax Partners, a specialist in state and local taxes, for an undisclosed sum.
The deal aims to enhance Baker Tilly’s services in several key tax areas including real estate, business personal property, sales and use, and severance taxes.
“By bringing Invoke’s cutting-edge expertise and dynamic team into Baker Tilly, we’re not just augmenting our specialty tax services — we’re redefining how we deliver value to clients on a national level,” said Lynette Stolarzyk, Baker Tilly’s managing principal of tax services.
She emphasized that the merger will strengthen the firm’s ability to produce significant outcomes for clients across industries such as manufacturing, commercial real estate, energy, and distribution.

The acquisition is part of Baker Tilly’s objective to expand its specialized service offerings and deepen client relationships. This follows recent acquisitions including CironeFriedberg in Connecticut, Hayflich CPAs in West Virginia, and Hancock Askew in the Southeast.
