Sybrid, KPITB to open 120-seat BPO center in Abbottabad, Pakistan

ABBOTTABAD, PAKISTAN — Sybrid, a Pakistan-based business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology solutions provider, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) have signed an agreement to establish a 120-seat BPO facility in Abbottabad.
The partnership aims to accelerate digital transformation and create new employment opportunities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
120 BPO seats and jobs for local talent
The new BPO center will be equipped with 120 operational seats, providing immediate job opportunities for young professionals in the region. The facility is expected to serve both domestic and international clients, offering customer support, back-office processing, and digital services.
The Workaround Facility, part of a self-sustaining provincial initiative, provides modern infrastructure to help businesses scale and innovate. KPITB’s partnership with Sybrid is designed to support long-term growth in the province’s BPO ecosystem.
Sybrid’s expanding footprint in Pakistan
Sybrid, a subsidiary of the Lakson Group, operates across Pakistan, the UAE, and the U.S., offering BPO, IT, and digital transformation services. The company serves clients in healthcare, telecom, retail, and other sectors, employing over 3,000 professionals globally.

The agreement, signed at the KPITB-operated Workaround Facility in Abbottabad, was formalized by Irfan Khan, Facility Manager at KPITB, and Muhammad Fahad Khan, Assistant Vice President at Sybrid.
The collaboration reflects KPITB’s broader mission to enable tech-driven economic development and attract private sector investment to the province.
