UK’s Morson Group acquires PTS Advance to boost U.S. reach
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Morson Group, a United Kingdom-based global provider of talent solutions, has acquired United States technical recruitment firm PTS Advance.
While specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, it expands Morson Group’s reach across North America’s energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
The deal marks a key milestone in Morson’s international growth strategy, adding new service capabilities and geographic coverage through PTS Advance’s offices in Tustin (California), Houston and Port Arthur (Texas), and Orlando (Florida).

Founded in 1995 by Ronald and June Stein, PTS Advance has grown into one of the largest technical staffing firms in the U.S., serving industries such as oil, gas, chemicals, renewables, construction, and power.
Built on a strong people-first culture, the firm provides contract hire, direct hire, project staffing, payroll, and transition services. CEO Dustin House and his team will continue leading the U.S. operations under the Morson banner.
