iQor expands Philippine operations with AI-driven facility in Laguna

LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES — iQor CXBPO, a global provider of customer experience business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, has expanded its operations in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines, with a new 25,000-square-foot facility.
The move adds 400 seats to its operations, enhancing iQor’s capacity to deliver advanced, artificial intelligence-powered customer service for its global clients.
