ManpowerGroup names new leaders to drive global AI strategy

WISCONSIN, UNITED STATES — Staffing firm ManpowerGroup has announced a pair of key leadership appointments aimed at propelling the company’s strategic transformation and global growth.
Effective June 1, Becky Frankiewicz becomes President and Chief Strategy Officer, while Ger Doyle takes over as Regional President for North America.
Frankiewicz will spearhead the company’s global strategy, focusing on innovation, commercial initiatives, and the integration of artificial intelligence throughout the organization. She will also oversee the execution of ManpowerGroup’s strategic plans across its well-established brands: Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions.
Doyle, succeeding Frankiewicz, will manage operations for all ManpowerGroup brands in the United States and Canada.
