Affinia acquires Platt Rushton, expanding UK advisory network

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Leigh-on-Sea accountancy firm Platt Rushton has been acquired by Affinia, marking a milestone in the regional firm’s history and signaling a new chapter as it becomes part of one of the United Kingdom’s fastest-growing integrated advisory groups.
While specific terms of the deal were not disclosed, it brings Platt Rushton’s three decades of local expertise into Affinia’s expanding network, now comprising ten offices across the East and Southeast.

With the addition of the Leigh-on-Sea office, Affinia now operates ten locations, strengthening its presence in the East and Southeast and reinforcing its status as a Top 50 firm.
