Ibex commits $25,000 to veteran support through Wounded Warrior Project

WASHINGTON, D.C., UNITED STATES — Global business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider ibex has announced a $25,000 donation to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), reinforcing its commitment to supporting post-9/11 veterans.
The contribution, part of the company’s ibex Cares initiative, will fund critical programs addressing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), long-term care, and family support services for wounded service members.
Corporate philanthropy with tangible impact on veterans
“We must never forget the cost of freedom,” said Brea Kratzert Todd, WWP Vice President of Business Development.
“Supporters like ibex make it possible for Wounded Warrior Project to provide life-changing programs and be there for warriors throughout their lifetime,” she added.
The donation aligns with ibex’s overall corporate social responsibility plan, which includes its employee volunteers and local community programs.
Paul Inson, Chief People Officer of ibex, also pointed out that helping veterans is not only a duty but also a privilege, which aligns with the company culture, emphasizing care and helpfulness.
Building a culture of service within corporate DNA
Beyond financial contributions, ibex pushes for a workplace culture that encourages employees to engage in philanthropy.
The personal story of Christy O’Connor, Chief Legal Officer of ibex, describes her firsthand experience with the Battalion West Wounded Warrior, where her therapy dog has been working with veterinarians for more than six years, proving the strong foundation that the company has for long-term dedication to charitable activities.
Since ibex expands, it is committed to increasing its social impact by supporting the notion that the prosperity of the corporation is negatively linked with the well-being of the community.
The aptly named ibex Cares initiative of the company not only aids veterans but also empowers employees to engage in local causes.
