France’s HR Path acquires U.S. HR tech firm PredictiveHR
PARIS, FRANCE — HR consulting and HRIS solutions provider HR Path has acquired United States-based PredictiveHR for an undisclosed amount.
The deal bolsters HR Path’s footprint in North America and enhances its expertise in UKG solutions. It underscores HR Path’s continued push for international growth, adding to a portfolio of recent acquisitions in Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
PredictiveHR adds UKG expertise to HR Path portfolio
Since its launch in 2016, PredictiveHR has been implementing and optimizing HR technology platforms, particularly UKG and Paylocity.
The Boston-based firm offers implementation, post-go-live optimization, and managed services that help clients maximize the value of their HCM investments. Its team brings more than a century of combined consulting experience and is known for “white-glove” service delivery.
“We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built,” said James Troiano, Founder and CEO of PredictiveHR. “Joining forces with HR Path allows us to expand our mission globally while staying true to the client-first mindset that made us who we are. This acquisition is not just a milestone—it’s a launchpad for even greater impact.”
HR Path aims to lead global HRIS transformation
HR Path Co-Founder François Boulet described the acquisition as “a powerful step forward in our mission to be the global reference in HR transformation.”
Partner Theodore Smith added that PredictiveHR’s UKG expertise “perfectly complements our global HRIS strategy” and positions the combined company to deliver tailored, measurable results to clients across North America and beyond.
PredictiveHR will continue operating under its brand as “PredictiveHR, an HR Path Company.” Its leadership team and employees will remain in place, ensuring a smooth integration and uninterrupted client service.
Strengthening North American position through M&A
The acquisition follows HR Path’s recent integrations of GroupeX, IN-RGY, ClearCourse Consulting, and Terra Information Group, further consolidating its presence in the North American market.
By adding PredictiveHR’s capabilities, HR Path strengthens its position as a global provider of end-to-end HR services, with a particular focus on delivering excellence in UKG implementations.
Boulet said the move reflects HR Path’s commitment to “innovation, client success, and global growth”—a strategy that appears to be accelerating with every acquisition.
Founded in 2001, HR Path operates in 28 countries with a workforce of more than 2,500 professionals. The company provides advisory, implementation, and operational services that help businesses modernize HR processes and boost efficiency.
