Office Beacon expands South African team, hires recruiting manager
DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA — Office Beacon, a global outsourcing solutions provider, has appointed Yathir Kallichurum as Recruiting Manager to drive its South African expansion.
The company plans to hire 200 employees in the country by 2027, deepening its footprint in a market recognized for skilled, multilingual talent.
Kallichurum brings more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition across BPO, technology, FMCG, and hospitality. He will focus on building a sustainable talent ecosystem.
“My focus is on building a talent ecosystem in South Africa, from graduates to seasoned professionals, using data-driven recruitment and strategic partnerships,” said Kallichurum.

South Africa’s outsourcing sector has grown steadily, fueled by favorable time zones, government incentives, and strong English-language skills.
Office Beacon’s recruitment strategy will include partnerships with universities and training organizations, as well as AI-driven hiring tools designed to streamline recruitment and attract top candidates.
The company also offers employees training programs, defined career paths, and hybrid work opportunities, aiming to position itself as a leading employer in the region.
