Cognizant, ServiceNow take AI partnership to Middle East

NEW JERSEY and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Cognizant and ServiceNow are significantly expanding their strategic partnership into the Middle East.
The shift is meant to propel the digital transformation of the region’s businesses by integrating the implementation capabilities of Cognizant and the AI-enabled platform offered by ServiceNow.
Seizing Middle East digital growth
This is a key component of the partners’ previously stated joint ambition to build a $1 billion global ServiceNow business.
“Extending our ServiceNow AI platform capabilities into the Middle East reinforces our vision of enabling clients to lead with agility and digital strength,” said Maged Wassim, Head of Cognizant Middle East.
“With a strong foundation of localized delivery, enterprise-grade platforms, and tailored innovation, we’re helping organizations move faster and smarter in their transformation journeys.”
By establishing a localized presence, the alliance positions itself to meet the growing regional demand for advanced AI and workflow automation solutions.
Cognizant will use its worldwide delivery system, proprietary accelerators, and implementation quality to implement the ServiceNow AI platform for Middle Eastern consumers.
It is concentrated on equipping businesses to enhance visibility of operations, modernize operations, and scale value creation, backed by local knowledge and successful implementation.
Combining expertise in AI and automation
The competitive edge of the partnership is the combination of Cognizant’s comprehensive industry and consulting expertise with the award-winning ServiceNow business transformation AI platform.
“Cognizant’s delivery capabilities and deep customer insight make them an ideal partner in the region. Together, we empower enterprises to transform processes and deliver intelligent experiences at every level,” said Saif Mashat, Area Vice President, MEA at ServiceNow.
This move aims to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions that help businesses in the region automate and streamline their core operations. This is to enable organizations to become more resilient and make long-term sustainable growth a possibility.
The partnership also focuses on a common responsibility to innovate responsibly, including ethical governance and workforce readiness. This ensures that the area’s clients are not only able to adopt new technology but also keep pace with constant change, taking advantage of platform improvements and AI-optimized results in a responsible manner.
“Partnering with a global leader like Cognizant allows us to unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow AI platform to organizations across the Middle East,” Mashat noted.
Cognizant ranked #7 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
