Concentrix Philippines launches Kalix, a free employee health hub

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Concentrix Philippines has unveiled Kalix, the first company-built, fully managed integrated health hub in the country, setting a new benchmark for employee wellness in the outsourcing sector.
The initiative underscores the company’s commitment to delivering holistic, accessible, and tech-enabled healthcare support for its workforce and their families.
A new model for workplace healthcare
Kalix, inspired by the Filipino words kalusugan (health) and kalinga (care), combined with “ix” for intelligent experience, is designed to redefine how healthcare is delivered in the workplace.
The flagship hub, located at Exxa Bridgetowne, will serve around 28,000 eligible Concentrix employees, who are referred to as “game-changers” and their dependents, including those working from home in Metro Manila.
The facility offers free primary care, multi-specialty consultations, diagnostics, physical therapy, and even heart screenings.
“True to our culture as an organization that champions our people in everything we do, KALIX places our game-changers at the center of health and wellness,” said Amit Jagga, EVP and Chief Business Officer of Concentrix Philippines.
“KALIX is more than a clinic or brand, it’s really a move to change the game in employee wellness and to use our scale as a force for good,” Amit Jagga further explained.
Kalix also leverages digital integration through a patient portal that allows employees to book appointments, access results, and manage records seamlessly. The center is staffed with a full medical team, including doctors, nurses, and specialized technicians, ensuring quality care without affecting existing HMO benefits.
Kalix: Holistic care powered by technology
Beyond clinical care, Kalix emphasizes a holistic model designed around patient experience. From centralized pods that handle vital checks and diagnostics in one go, to preventive services such as annual physical exams and executive check-ups, every detail has been carefully designed to prioritize convenience and well-being.
“My team and I are committed for KALIX to deliver ethical, compassionate and efficient care so that every eligible game-changer or dependent who walks through our doors feels supported throughout their healthcare journey,” said Dr. Sabrina Magtoto, Medical Director of Kalix.
“We are proud of KALIX integrating clinical practice with technology, and its promise of total care, seamless experience, for free,” Dr. Magtoto emphasized.
Hazel Banas, Concentrix Philippines Vice President for People Solutions, added that the program “demonstrates that challenging the status quo makes a difference,”
According to Hazel Banas, Concentrix Philippines Vice President for People Solutions, KALIX demonstrates that challenging the status quo makes a difference. Highlighting the importance of accessible and centralized healthcare for employees and their families.
Employee care initiative underscores CSR role
As the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector continues to grapple with competition, rising labor costs, and evolving workforce expectations, initiatives like Kalix show how companies can differentiate themselves through innovation in employee care.
Kalix represents more than just a health hub; it signals a shift in how outsourcing companies in the Philippines invest in their people.
This initiative is an example of corporate social responsibility (CSR), which Outsource Accelerator’s Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR) 2025 seeks to highlight.
Concentrix’s move shows how the health and well-being of employees are important, which demonstrates the industry’s potential to foster a healthy workplace and community impact while supporting the OIR’s core mission.
This review by Outsource Accelerator, now in its third year, aims to redefine perceptions of the outsourcing industry by recognizing companies that drive significant positive change. This year’s OIR 2025 recently announced its record-breaking 31 finalists since its launch in 2023.
Concentrix also ranked #6 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
