Coherent Solutions secures IceLake Capital investment for global push
MINNESOTA, UNITED STATES and AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS — Digital engineering, IT, and software outsourcing firm Coherent Solutions has received a strategic investment from private equity group IceLake Capital.
The partnership, announced to coincide with Coherent’s 30th anniversary, is designed to accelerate the company’s worldwide expansion and its development of next-generation AI and digital platforms for a global client base.

This step builds on 30 years of organic growth, during which the company has expanded to have 10 development centers across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
The investment will give it the required resources to expand this experienced model to new markets and regions in a more aggressive manner.
This fast growth has a direct impact on increasing the ability of the company to cater to its wide array of international customers, which consists of both ambitious growth-stage firms and global brands. A greater international presence will enable the company to provide advanced digital solutions in major sectors, including healthcare, fintech, manufacturing, and fitness.
