Telus Digital unveils fresh brand identity after acquisitions

VANCOUVER, CANADA — Telus Digital has unveiled a refreshed brand identity, marking its ongoing transition from traditional outsourcing to the forefront of global digital solutions.
The rebrand comes in the wake of integrating WillowTree and Gerent, deepening expertise in digital product innovation and Salesforce.
It also comes after Telus Corporation (Telus) recently announced a definitive $539-million agreement to acquire full ownership of Telus International (Telus Digital), the digital services subsidiary it spun off just four years ago.
Rebrand underscores digital-first shift
What started 20 years back as a single BPO hub in the Philippines has evolved into an international force, now with 64 delivery centers spread across more than 30 countries.
Telus Digital’s talent pool now exceeds 78,000 experts in customer experience, design, and tech. Its transition from Telus International to Telus Digital in 2024 was more than just a name change—it marked a firm embrace of digital-first services at every step of the customer journey.
Bringing in WillowTree, a specialist in digital product development, and Gerent, a Salesforce consulting powerhouse, Telus Digital has widened the scope of its enterprise offerings.
These combined strengths now fuel the company’s ability to deliver across strategy, AI-driven interactions, and advanced MarTech deployments.
New Telus Digital logo blends heritage with innovation
To complement these changes, Telus Digital has lifted the curtain on a fresh logo and design system that pays homage to its roots while making room for forward-thinking innovation.
The new mark extends the iconic “flying T” and weaves in a semi-abstract leaf, a nod to nature and ongoing growth. Converging lines reflect Telus Digital’s push for progress and collaborative spirit with clients and partners.
“We are a human-led, design-forward technology company, and our brand needs to reflect our capabilities and advancements,” Telus Digital shared in its announcement.
Natural visuals mix with sleek, glass-like digital details throughout the design language, bringing together creativity and high-tech vibes.
Leaders note the identity strikes a balance between innovation and approachability, always keeping human connection at the core of the brand’s digital transformation.
Telus Digital positions at the forefront of change
Telus Digital’s transformation offers a window into the path outsourcing is taking as a whole. Where the industry once concentrated on pure cost savings, the story today is all about digital innovation, AI, and frictionless customer experiences.
Firms like Telus Digital are making it clear: the future isn’t about transactional outsourcing, it’s about strategic, technology-powered partnerships.
As organizations everywhere look to pair efficiency with innovation, expect the boundaries between outsourcing and digital consulting to blur, with Telus Digital’s new identity staking its claim as a leader in this new era.
Telus ranked #81 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
