ConnectOS earns Asian Experience Award 2025 for employee well-being

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — ConnectOS Regional Headquarters has been recognized at the Asian Experience Awards 2025, taking home the Philippines Employee Experience of the Year – Outsourcing award for its trailblazing efforts in employee well-being and workplace innovation.
ConnectOS previously ranked #415 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The company is also currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps business process outsourcing (BPO) firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
Championing employee-centered outsourcing
The award highlights how ConnectOS, a player in the outsourcing industry, is rethinking how employee experience fits into a business model often defined by efficiency and cost control. Instead of treating employees as simply part of the outsourcing equation, the company has rolled out initiatives that directly address personal and professional needs.
Among its flagship programs is COSy Kids, a free in-office childcare facility launched in November 2024. Designed to relieve the stress of working parents, the program has already logged over 350 bookings in its first six months.
Before its launch, parents described the struggle as “a constant juggling act, torn between giving my best at work and worrying about my child’s safety.” Now, one parent told ConnectOS, “Knowing my child is happy, safe, and learning has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I can focus on work without worry.”
These initiatives underline that outsourcing companies like ConnectOS are not only competing for client contracts but also striving to create environments where employees can thrive. The company’s approach challenges the perception that outsourcing hubs are purely transactional workplaces.
Growth, retention, and human-centered innovation
Alongside childcare, ConnectOS has invested in wellness and growth. Its headquarters include COS Wellness for massage therapy and mental recharge, COS Play for recreation and bonding, COS Café, and COS Gym, facilities designed to foster community and enhance work-life balance.
Another major initiative, IGNITE, has become a cornerstone of employee development. Launched in 2023, it offers support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding under IGNITE Core to re-engagement via IGNITE+, to career transition support with ReIGNITE.
The program has already supported 579 employees, with notable results: nearly half of those at risk of disengagement were re-engaged and retained, one in five employees affected by redundancy were rehired, and many continue to receive career support through ReIGNITE.
With consistently high ratings across Glassdoor, Google, Jobstreet, and Indeed, ConnectOS has demonstrated that in the competitive outsourcing world, investing in people is not just good ethics; it is also a smart business move.
By winning the Asian Experience Award 2025, ConnectOS has demonstrated how outsourcing companies can move beyond efficiency metrics and lead with employee well-being, setting a benchmark for the industry.
Relatably, these efforts resonate with the mission of Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR) 2025 by Outsource Accelerator, which will soon release its report and announce the year’s award winners.
The OIR 2025 highlights pioneering outsourcing firms that deliver measurable social impact—showcasing how companies like ConnectOS are helping set new benchmarks for people-first innovation while proving that outsourcing can be a powerful force for meaningful, lasting change worldwide.
