Leveraging AI for customer service, operational efficiency
Under the terms of the new agreement, Call Center Guys will not only reap the direct revenues but also attract the innovative AI technology created by Syntheia to support its call center efforts.
The collaboration will lead to increased operational benefits, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences, enabling Call Center Guys to become a market leader in AI-based call center solutions.
Di Benedetto has stated that the implementation of such AI technology will yield considerable advantages, including an overall enhancement of the customer experience and increased efficiency. The acquisition helps Call Center Guys fulfill its growth plans, which include integrating the former call center business with new technology.
The action is a strategic move that will enable Call Center Guys to focus on its priorities, pursue revenue growth and savings, and provide accretive shareholder value through AI integration in its client services.
“We look to continue this industry-wide rollout across North America, deploying our conversational AI platform in call center acquisitions where we can enhance revenue growth, realize savings, increase customer satisfaction, and create consistent accretive shareholder value,” Di Benedetto added.
