Tech Mahindra reveals new brand identity for AI era

MAHARASHTRA, INDIA — Tech Mahindra has revealed a refreshed brand identity to mark its 39th anniversary, signaling a new chapter in its evolution as a global technology consulting and digital solutions provider.
According to a company press release, the rebrand aims to position the company as a more progressive and contemporary player in the fast-changing digital landscape shaped by artificial intelligence and next-generation technologies.
New identity to drive global transformation
The updated identity reflects what the company describes as “agile, bold, collaborative and discerning,” and aligns with its three-year transformation roadmap.
The rebrand introduces a unified brand platform and a renewed focus on integrating its portfolio companies under a cohesive global identity.
“For nearly four decades, Tech Mahindra has been synonymous with innovation, trust, and transformation,” said Mohit Joshi, chief executive officer (CEO) and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra.
“As we step into a new era defined by AI and digital reinvention, our refreshed brand represents the next phase of our journey, one that honors our legacy while embracing the limitless opportunities ahead,” Joshi added.
At the heart of this refresh is the debut of the ‘lozenge’ symbol, a modern interpretation of the Mahindra Group’s iconic “Rise” beam. The design signifies “focused energy, ambition, and precision,” representing Tech Mahindra’s unique identity within the broader Mahindra ecosystem.
The visual overhaul also features a modern color palette anchored in Mahindra Red, creating greater clarity and cohesion across the company’s global touchpoints.
Rebranding reflects AI-driven market evolution
Tech Mahindra’s rebranding strategy is driven by its ambition to help global enterprises “Scale at Speed,” reflecting its commitment to delivering rapid and effective digital transformation. The company emphasized that the move is not a reinvention but a strategic refinement.
“Great brands tell a clear story, and our story is one of purposeful evolution,” said Peeyush Dubey, Chief Marketing Officer of Tech Mahindra.
“Our research affirmed the deep trust in the Tech Mahindra name and our Mahindra heritage, so our goal was not to change the narrative but to sharpen its focus,” Dubey added.
Dubey also explained that the refreshed brand “strengthens our market position, unifies our global teams, and inspires the pride that fuels exceptional performance.”

Tech Mahindra’s brand refresh arrives at a time when global IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) firms are reinventing themselves amid digital reinvention and AI-driven disruption.
