Mplus acquires Valoris to boost Europe CX operations

ZAGREB, CROATIA, and BUCHAREST, ROMANIA — Mplus, the business process and technology outsourcing (BPTO) vertical of the BOSQAR INVEST group, has finalized its acquisition of Romanian customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider Valoris.
The completed deal significantly strengthens Mplus’s delivery capacity and market position in Romania, creating a combined force of over 700 experts serving more than 50 international clients.
Mplus expands global CX and BPO capabilities
Mplus has evolved significantly from its 2007 origins as an Adriatic contact center into Southeast Europe’s independent BPTO firm, driven by an aggressive mergers and acquisitions strategy that has expanded its footprint into Latin America, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
This strategic growth has enabled the company to support over 300 blue-chip partners from 43 global locations, seamlessly integrating contact center, information technology, and employment services into a comprehensive portfolio.
Mplus solidified its Central and Eastern European expansion by finalizing its full acquisition of Valoris in Romania, a strategic move that, combined with its earlier acquisition of Conectart, significantly extended its operational presence across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
The completion of these €14 million (US$16 million) acquisitions now provides the BOSQAR INVEST arm with a formidable near-shore network and an expanded portfolio of customer experience services.
Since its inception, Valoris has positioned itself as a global provider of contact center solutions and BPO services, offering customized and multilingual customer care solutions to companies worldwide.
This advanced infrastructure, which facilitates over 500 million users and communications with 24-hour accessibility in 13 languages, enables the firm to empower companies of any size and industry to provide quality CX.
Mplus scales nearshore delivery across Europe
One of the primary benefits of this acquisition is the strategic consolidation of Mplus’s presence in a key regional market.
“Romania is a critical near-shore hub for us, and Valoris’s strong local team, proven expertise, and scalable platform will allow us to accelerate innovation, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth. We are excited to welcome Valoris into the Mplus family,” said Tomislav Glavaš, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mplus and BOSQAR d.d. Board Member.
This provides Mplus with an established platform, a skilled local team, and immediate revenue generation, as Valoris brings approximately €7.3 million (US$8.4 million) in revenues to the combined entity.
The move is a direct execution of Mplus’s growth strategy, enabling accelerated innovation and strengthened client relationships in the region.
This expansion is also functional, enhancing the group’s service delivery capabilities for international clients. By integrating Valoris’s operations with its existing Mplus base and the GRAIA AI development center, the group creates a substantially larger and more robust service organization.
The integrated company can now boast a delivery network that will help it compete against larger and more complex international contracts, providing the widest possible scope of services from a strategic nearshore point.
Mplus-Valoris integration strengthens AI-powered CX delivery
The acquisition significantly enhances the scale and technological capabilities of the combined Mplus-Valoris organization, as the transaction brings together the resources of both companies.
This critical mass provides increased stability, a larger talent pool, and greater cross-selling opportunities, making the organization a more significant player in the CX and BPO landscape.
The organization combines its expanded scale with a clear focus on integrating service offerings and technology products. The group plans to leverage Valoris’s proven CX and BPO expertise, delivering it alongside the latest tech products from Mplus.
The GRAIA AI development center suggests a strategy to integrate advanced AI capabilities into Valoris’ traditional outsourcing services, creating a more modern and competitive service bundle for the international market.
