BPOs and tech leaders in Asia dominate 2025 ACES Awards

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology executives took center stage at the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability (ACES) Awards 2025, with standout winners including ibex Philippines, TOA Global, and Foundever Philippines.
The annual event, held in Bali, Indonesia, recognized Asia’s outsourcing firms driving innovation, leadership, and sustainable business growth.
BPO, tech firms secure top regional distinctions
This year’s roster included ibex Philippines, named among Asia’s Most Influential Companies for 2025.
The award recognizes companies that demonstrate exceptional strength in innovation, profitability, employee impact, brand influence, and sustainable business practices.
“Being recognized as one of Asia’s Most Influential Companies at The 2025 ACES Awards is a tremendous honor for ibex,” said Potski Alvarez, President of ibex Philippines.
“This recognition reflects the passion, innovation, and relentless dedication of our teams in the Philippines and around the world,” Alvarez added.
Beyond ibex, several Philippine-based and Asia-Pacific firms earned major distinctions.
TOA Global secured the 2025 Industry Champions of the Year title and recognition for Asia’s Most Inspiring Executives through Adrian Zafra.
Foundever Philippines continued its multi-year streak with honors including 2025 Top Community Centric Companies in Asia, 2025 Inspiring Workplaces in Asia, and executive awards for Willy Lim. Previous years also saw Foundever leaders like Gutierrez (2024), Ravi Iyengar (2022), Lia Lynn (2021), and John Sneed (2019) acknowledged for leadership excellence.
In addition, Asticom earned a spot among the 2025 Top Workplaces in Asia.
Regional tech and outsourcing leaders have dominated ACES Award categories for years: iSupport Worldwide (2024 Asia’s Most Inspiring Executives), Tata Consultancy Services (2024 Industry Champions), IBM BPO Philippines (2023 Innovative Tech Companies), Pointwest Technologies (2023 Innovative Tech Companies), and Accenture, which amassed distinctions over several years, including Top Community Centric Companies and Top Sustainability Advocates.
Other previous honorees include Everise, Flatworld Solutions Philippines, Go Virtual Assistants, Multisys Technologies, One To One Contacts, Visaya KPO, [24]7.ai, Genpact Philippines, and Connexionsasia, illustrating the sector’s breadth of talent and leadership across Asia.
Industry excellence driven by culture and innovation
Ibex’s recognition also highlighted its expanding operational footprint in the Philippines, with ten CX centers nationwide and a new site in Davao.
“At ibex, delivering amazing CX starts with our diverse and inclusive culture and commitment to providing an engaging and rewarding employee experience,” Alvarez emphasized.
Their strategy mirrors a regional trend in which employee experience, innovation, and sustainability are increasingly viewed as strategic differentiators, not optional enhancements.
Asia strengthens global outsourcing momentum
The growing list of ACES awardees from the BPO, tech, and professional services sectors reflects Asia’s expanding role as a global outsourcing powerhouse.
As companies double down on people-centered cultures, digital transformation, and operational resilience, Asia’s competitive edge continues to sharpen.
The consistency with which regional firms appear on ACES’ honor roll underscores a maturing ecosystem, one where innovation, leadership, and sustainability converge to shape the next era of global service delivery.
