Connext, other BPOs shine in Fortune’s first Southeast Asia rankings

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Fortune has brought one of its most influential workplace rankings to Southeast Asia for the first time, and Philippine-based BPO firms are emerging as clear standouts.
In the inaugural Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2025 list, Connext earned a strong showing, ranking #32, joining a group of outsourcing and technology employers recognized for building trust-centered workplace cultures across the region.
Connext is currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a strategic platform that supports BPOs in enhancing their marketing, sales, and business intelligence capabilities. The company also ranked #303 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
Fortune expands ‘Best Companies to Work For’ to Southeast Asia
According to Fortune, the new regional ranking marks a significant expansion of its global workplace assessments.
“Fortune’s first Southeast Asia edition of the 100 Best Companies to Work For brings a global benchmark to the region,” Great Place to Work Philippines said, underscoring the growing importance of ASEAN economies in the global talent landscape.
The rankings were informed by more than 550,000 verified employee responses, with a substantial contribution from workers in the Philippines.
Fortune noted that the list is “powered by the Trust Index Survey,” a methodology that evaluates employee experiences around trust, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
The results highlight organizations that have embedded people-first values into their operations, even amid rapid growth and technological change.
Connext, BPOs earn Fortune recognition for trust culture
Connext’s position at #32 places it among the region’s most respected employers, reinforcing its reputation in the outsourcing sector for prioritizing employee well-being alongside performance.
The list also features several other BPO and IT services firms with strong Philippine operations, reflecting the country’s role as a regional hub for high-quality global services.
Among the recognized companies are [24]7.ai Philippines (#12), Arcanys (#25), Accenture (#41), DOXA Talent (#62), TP, formerly Teleperformance (#68), Rocket Station Remote Team (#79), hammerjack (#81), ResultsCX (#83), Infinit-O Philippines Inc. (#93), CoDev (#95), PeoplePartners Inc. (#96) and DXC Technology (#99).
Great Place to Work Philippines said the list “[recognizes] Philippine [organizations], alongside other leading ASEAN companies, with strong, [trust-centered] cultures.”
Beyond individual rankings, the results point to a broader shift in the outsourcing industry. As competition for skilled talent intensifies, workplace trust and culture are becoming strategic differentiators rather than secondary considerations.
For BPO firms like Connext and other companies, recognition from Fortune signals not only employer-of-choice status but also long-term resilience.
In an industry often judged by cost and efficiency, the 2025 list suggests that the future of outsourcing in Southeast Asia will be increasingly shaped by how well companies invest in people, trust, and sustainable growth.
