TOKYO, JAPAN — Tinju Augustine has been appointed Senior Director of Business Value at NTT DATA’s Client Growth Office.
The executive, joining after an 11-year tenure at Adobe, will spearhead major transformation projects to deliver measurable enterprise outcomes for C-suite clients.
“I’m energized by the mandate to think boldly, challenge assumptions, and partner with exceptional teams and global leaders to help organizations reimagine and reinvent their businesses,” Augustine notes in a LinkedIn post.
Strategic hire to drive measurable business outcomes
NTT DATA’s appointment of Tinju Augustine is a strategic move to intensify its focus on delivering concrete, technology-led business value for enterprise clients.
“In this strategic role, I’ll be leading major multi-tower, multi-million-dollar transformation pursuits — engaging early with C-suite leaders to shape technology-led programs that deliver measurable business value,” he said.
His mandate is to design initiatives that create sustained enterprise value, directly aligning with NTT DATA’s “One-NTT” vision of integrating its digital, consulting, and technology services.
This position is central to helping global enterprises navigate complexity and modernize with confidence, moving beyond pure technology implementation to become a partner in realized business impact. His responsibility is to architect deals defined by their financial and strategic returns on investment.
From technology solutions to C-suite value leadership
Augustine’s career trajectory exemplifies the evolving premium placed on executives who can bridge deep technology expertise with boardroom-level business strategy.
His background spans from foundational roles as a Software Engineer at Infosys, building digital retail experiences, to advisory positions at Oracle, marketing digital transformation to senior IT leaders. This progression reflects a shift from technical execution to strategic consultancy.
His most recent 11-year tenure at Adobe was defined by this value-centric approach, where he ultimately served as Digital Transformation & Customer Advisory Practice Owner.
There, he drove go-to-market strategy, built customer engagement frameworks, and provided strategic advisory directly to large enterprise CXOs.
His work facilitating executive strategy sessions and leading a Global Expert Interventions program was explicitly tied to sales pipeline impact and enterprise solution adoption, demonstrating a consistent focus on translating digital investments into tangible business results.
NTT DATA was previously ranked #24 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
